Standard Remote Online Notarization

$25 + $10 single seal/signing

Add $10 per signer/seal + platform witness fees ($15 per witness), if any.

Remote Online Real Estate Loan Closing-Signing

Seller Package: $25 flat platform fee + platform 2.9% transaction fee + $65 Certified Loan Signing Agent fee

Add $10 per signer/seal + platform witness fees, if any.

Same Day Last Minute Booking fees may apply.

Buyer Package: $25 flat platform fee + platform 2.9% transaction fee + $125 Certified Loan Signing Agent fee

Mobile Notary GNW

$50 Base fee. Limited to Rockwall County, Texas

Mobile Notary Signing Agent (Real Estate Transactions)

$175 Base fee. Where you meet in person with a Notary Signing Agent to conduct a real estate closing. Contact notary to see if we can accommodate your schedule and signing location needs. Fees for this service are determined by the date, time, type and size of loan signing. Call for a quote/estimate. Note: you have the Remote Online Notary option: The option to close online as described above via Remote Online Notarization.

STANDARD NOTARY STAMP/SEAL FEES:

Texas Declaration of Authenticity (form provided) $10.00 + Travel/Handling/Mailing Fees (Minimum $20.00)/+ Standard USPS fees for each mailing that exceeds $2.00.

Taking acknowledgments or proofs:

for the first signature $10.00

for each additional signature $1.00

Administering oath or affirmation $10.00

Swearing a witness for a deposition $10.00

Providing a witness (each witness up to 2) $15.00

Taking a deposition of a witness (for each 100 words) $1.00

Certifying a photocopy $10.00

REMOTE CONTRACT PARALEGAL FEES

Copies/printing $0.12/pp

Document Scanning $0.50/pp

Document preparation $125.00/hr. (.25 minimum)

Postage: Handling/Travel fees (Minimum $20.00)+ Standard USPS fees for each mailing; client may provide their FedEx or UPS account for overnight delivery.
